Hi everyone! Well, it's happened, I've caved and joined the blogging world! With so much new and exciting things happening to us, Ben and I thought it would be the perfect way to keep in touch with all of you. From California to Georgia, we are all so scattered now we want you all to feel as up to date on this exciting journey as possible! So, for those of you who don't know yet....WE'RE PREGNANT! After 11 years together, 3 years of marriage, 2 dogs, a home in the suburbs and many memories together, we decided that it was time to expand our family! I am currently 9.5 weeks along and due September 3, 2009. Pregnancy is going great for me! My morning sickness is minimal (close to nonexistant), I'm not hormonal at all and aside from being exhausted all the time, I am enjoying every moment! We heard the heartbeat this week and it's 126 and strong. We're on cloud nine and can't wait for week 20 when we get to find out what this little nugget is! :) Currently, the nickname is Ziggy, which came about because we found out we were pregnant while the little one was still a zygote..."Ziggy the zygote" was born and has since stuck! So, in future posts, Ziggy refers to the babe! :) It's an exciting time for everyone and we can't wait to share the experience with each of you! We love you all! I'll be in touch!
